One of my night school teachers said "You look pretty Irish today.". I'm guessing it was the green! The green "skirt" here is actually a dress! I love how it doubles as a skirt by layering on a top. And the jean vest, a "hipster's staple piece"...I altered it a bit so its different from other jean vests. There's a lace patch on the back and a bunch of missing earrings and pins.
